IA’s personnel are experienced and have the expertise required to perform their specific roles at industry level best practice. Many of our staff came from legacy Upjohn, Pharmacia, and Pfizer organizations and were skilled high performers. IA is very selective in hiring personnel with strong track records in career achievement and continued education.
Our senior management has focused heavily on hands on mentoring of new employees, and all employees are encouraged to attend conferences to keep skills current. In the past year, IA personnel attended conferences including Drug Information Association, Society of Clinical Data Management, American Medical Writers Association, SAS user groups, and CDISC training. Various lunch webcasts are routinely attended by IA personnel. Continuing education is a priority and seen as a fundamental part of IA’s identity.
